Register for the Practice Performance Zone

The Practice Performance Zone is specifically geared towards integrating Alcon’s premium cataract lenses into your practice. The materials found in the Practice Performance Zone are specific to the AcrySof® IQ ReSTOR® IOL, AcrySof® Toric IOL, and AcrySof® IQ IOL lenses.

Please complete the form below to receive your unique username and password. The process is not automatic. Once your form is received, it will be processed as quickly as possible. This may take up to three business days.

Access to the Practice Performance Zone can only be granted to doctors who have met certain requirements.

  1. These doctors must be active in our system.
  2. Have completed the AcrySof® IQ ReSTOR® IOL and/or AcrySof® Toric IOL training.
  3. Have a signed letter-of-agreement on file.

Also, we can only grant one account per doctor. Nurses and other office staff need to use the same log-in account information as the doctor.
